San Francisco DJ and producer MyKill has often been cited as “one of the most energetic dj’s in the Bay Area”. His passion for music and love of entertaining takes him to different audiences every weekend. Having performed in almost every major club in the Bay Area he has held residencies at various venues such as Trigger, 1015 Folsom, Paradise Lounge, Fahrenheit (SJ), and the Beauty Bar as well as playing signature party nights from the likes of Blow Up, Bootie, Electro Pop Rocks, Glam, and the Academy of Sciences “Nightlife” event. Hailing from Phoenix originally he’s performed all over the Southwest, Mexico, California, and now even holds a current residency in Anchorage, Alaska. Known for playing a wide variety of sounds from Electro to House, Hip Hop, and Club music all seamlessly mixed together with his own signature style and energy. He’s also known to release mixes on a regular basis and received quite a bit of praise on his “Club Killers” series documenting the new marriage of electro and top 40 music.

With over thirteen years experience behind the turntables he recently entered the world of production and signed with the upcoming SF label Solid Bump Records. While his dj sets tend to include a mix of just about everything his productions are focused more on the “French style” of funky and filtered house music His first release “Love Story” on Pleasure & Pressure Vol 2 was met with stellar response. The EP was #1 on Turntable Lab for 4 straight weeks and the single was featured in the latest Party Ben mix which aired on House Nation 99.7FM. He was recently interviewed by SF Station and invited to do a mix for Ross FM’s show “The Bounce” on Pulse HD Radio. With features on XLR8R.com and a number of music blogs, MyKill now looks towards the future with new remixes, another single, and eventually his own EP on the label.

We wanted to drop this mix on the DMb Podcast for those of you looking for some new music to listen to while traveling to visit family for Thanksgiving as we gear up to kick the Podcast back into full swing. If you’ve been out clubbing in Hollywood lately then you’re sure to have heard these guys DJing at one of the many spots around town where they hold residencies.

From Miami to Chicago, across the Southwest and Los Angeles, DJ EQ and Kod3r have rocked clubs, celebrity parties, radio shows, red carpet events, and everything in between on the way to becoming two of California’s favorite DJs. These two can be heard playing an eclectic blend of music from Hip Hop and Dubstep to Disco Funk and Indie Electro all in a night’s work. Hailing from Atlanta, transplanted to NYC, DJ and producer Ashley Jones aka Treasure Fingers has been making it rain in the Disco with innovative remixes and original tracks. Jones is far from a new jack, having racked up over a decade of international club experience and studio chops as part of the legendary drum & bass group, Evol Intent. As Treasure Fingers, he’s found a way to merge his diverse influences and deep history into a signature sound, packed with intricate basslines, chopped-up, gritty synth melodies, and party-ready drum breaks. It’s already captured the ears of everyone from rock groups Snowden and Miike Snow to house legends Romanthony and Roy Davis JR.

‘Cross The Dancefloor’ was Treasure Fingers debut, an inescapably catchy, vocoder-laced dance gem that two-steps over genre boundaries. Treasure Fingers has kept the momentum going with official remixes for numerous artists including Little Boots (I Am Sound), Chromeo (Vice/Atlantic), Estelle (Atlantic), Empire of the Sun (EMI), Kid Sister (Downtown), Kid Cudi (G.O.O.D/Sony), N.A.S.A (Epitaph), and James Curd (Om) (remix went to #1 on the Beatport Club Chart).
