These days, it is hard for me to get past the fact almost every release from the trio as a collective sounds identical. However, this does not change the fact I and almost every other house DJ worldwide will have in their CD wallet at every gig.

So Kaskade continues to say he is producing House but honestly this sounds more like slow Trance to me. It’s true, producing Trance tracks is what gets you to the top of the DJ Mag Top 100 list but he needs to just fully embrace it and come out and say “Ok fine, this is Trance.” I know all of your House music buddies will give you crap cause you’ve gone over to the dark side, but come on be a man. Of course this is all in good fun, Kaskade, I tease I tease! I’ve played Trance, among many other style, for over 10 years and I’ve taken a fair amount of crap for it from many a closed mind. So without further ado, get Kaskade’s newest track “Dynasty (iTunes)” from his forthcoming album of the same name.

You may know the Utah Saints from their breakout single “Something Good” which took over the dancefloors of many raves and clubs in the early 90’s and again in 2008 when the single was re-released with new mixes from High Contrast and Van She. The track took a catchy vocal snippet from Kate Bush’s “Cloudbusting” and looped it until it became permanently embedded in your brain. Tim Utah and Jez Willis, which make up the group, have been doing some serious dancefloor destruction with their DJ sets as I’m sure you can tell by taking one look at the tracklisting below.

I just stopped by DBM Labs website and noticed some new tshirts up for sale. Stop by their website for these and a lot more.

Kissy Sell Out is a DJ, producer and graphic designer from Colchester, Essex who emerged from the MySpace generation of cool nerds and sonic visionaries. Renowned for his eccentric electro productions and energetic DJ style Kissy is now one of the hottest club DJs, producers and remixers with Mixmag describing him as “one of the most exciting, charismatic and entertaining DJs of the decade”. If that wasn’t enough, Kissy runs his own label called San City Highand has a weekly radio show on BBC Radio 1 every Thursday night bringing listeners the best in jump up rock and rave.

With a string of successful singles already under his belt (‘Her’ and ‘Rikkalicious’ to name a few) Kissy is now ready to unleash his debut album ‘Youth’. Featuring 11 tracks- inspired by his early years and misdemeanours – Kissy takes you on a journey through his childhood memories, with influences from Gary Newman, Scritti Politti, Simple Minds, Sonic Youth and Armand Van Helden to excite you.

This mix that Kissy Sell Out gave us is kinda hard to put into any particular genre, but it’s got a bit of Indie, a bit of Electro, and a bit of Fidgety House. Ruth Flowers is a 69 year old grandma from the UK rocking clubs in Paris. She got her start after going to her grandson’s birthday party at a nightclub and got hooked on music and the energy on the dancefloor. Now Ruth is playing at bigger and bigger venues and is working on her own tracks to be released in the near future. Check out her MySpace page for more videos and photos. Peo De Pitte aka Häggström hails from the city of Stockholm, Sweden. After moving to London Peo has also been running his very own label FlatOut Records, the main home for releases of his two aliases Peo de Pitte and Haggstrom.
