Josh Legg’s current solo project, Goldroom, gives new meaning to a summertime soundscape. Calling his music “an amalgamation of dreamy synths, emotive vocals, and tropical disco grooves, Goldroom paints the soundscape of summertime in Los Angeles.” As a part of a remix EP for Owl Eyes, today we are given Goldroom’s unique edit of her single “Jewels & Sapphires.” Taking the original tune, Goldroom turns the track into a dreamlike melody with the made-for-dancefloor seal of approval. Infused with soulful vibes from start to finish, Goldroom seamlessly pairs Owl Eyes’ smoothly light vocals with a deep tropical house persuasion making for another track worthy of a gold medal.
