Say annyeonghaseyo (hello in Korean) to influential South Korean fashion and music icon G-Dragon. Before working solo, he was involved with YG Entertainment, along with 2ne1, 4 minute and of course Psy. He worked in Big Bang with four other male Korean stars that became household names and the poster of choice for Korean girls ages 9 to 25. After a successful five years, even Diplo caught on and extended his hand to produce his song ‘Top” (another member of Big Bang). They made the tune titled Knockout which started his first direction into hip-hop. Let’s not let all that Gangnam Style hype cloud your mind, because G-dragon has a lot more of the kimchi flavor you look for in a “true” Korean artist.

G-Dragon has quit the last six months as he begins his Asia world tour and also released his first EP with Crayon. His hit single has something of a trap focus. Recently, he has released his video titled “Go”, a fashionable 808 soju-intoxicated hospital party. This beat is fat but has enough pop to keep even girls north of the 38th parallel twerking.
