We’ve just been tipped off to Stealth Records’ stealth-records.com website, which has been replaced with a frightening-looking legal notice (in full below) that seems to call for Roger Sanchez’s arrest. For some reason, another domain for the label, stealthrecordings.com, is still online, and doesn’t seem to be affected by the legal conflict. (For the record, the Stealth Records Twitter account lists the former URL as its official web presence.)

Despite being issued on September 21st, we were unable to find any other information about this case in New Jersey Court records. A report from February on QuoteNet.NL indicates that Sanchez was being sued by his former manager and business partner Olga Heijns (of Unmanageable Artists, the defendant in this document) for nearly $400,000. This looks to be a counter-suit from Sanchez’s team (also mentioned in the QuoteNet article), but we’re still trying to get to the bottom of the situation. If you have any details on what’s going on, don’t hesitate to contact us.
