The grand prize winner receives $1,000, remix included on an official Kimbra release, featured on Kimbra’s Facebook Page and website and a signed CD. 5 honorable mentions get featured on Kimbra’s Facebook Page and website and a signed CD.
Open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older who are not presently signed to any record label or publisher under any exclusive agreements. Entrants assign away and transfer any and all rights in the remixes.
To download the remix parts, register and/or login to Indaba Music and download the source files from the right of the Kimbra remix contest page after entering the opportunity with a key. A free member gets to enter 3 remix contests per year, if you want to enter more then purchasing a $5 a month Pro membership on Indaba Music allows entry to unlimited remix and music opportunities.
