Mash-up’s are a dime a dozen, but a good mash-up is a bit harder to find. Luckily, there’s a couple of names out there that we can depend on for awesome edits, and The Melker Project just happens to be one of those names.

He’s made it his project to create Ballin’ Oates, a five track EP that combines Hall and Oates tracks with other classic artists to create a present day take on classics of days past. The first track was released a few days back, and it was a mix between “Maneater,” and  Wu-Tang Clan‘s “C.R.E.A.M.” It created a beautiful juxtaposition between the tough as nails Wu-Tang and the more female-sensitive Daryl Hall and John Oates. Other remixes of within the EP saw the classic crooners mixed with the likes of T.I., Twista,  and Rich Boy, as well as a remix of “I Can’t Go For That.”
