Established in the autumn of 2009 Get Some Records set out to showcase the best of UK underground talent. With artists such as Joy Orbison, Kashmir Kid, Brett Maverick and Crypt under their roster, it is no wonder the UK Imprint picked up-and-coming producer Elsewhere. With official remix duties for BD1982 & MIK, Youngstar, Stuff and most recently Llesca as part of the Sharks EP, Liminal Sounds co-owner Elsewhere is ready to release his debut EP And I, September 2nd via Get Some.

Featuring four original productions, the EP testifies to Elsewhere’s raw power for stripped-down and dark club tracks shaped by the UK’s constantly evolving underground lineage. With roots in jungle, garage, grime, dubstep, and all of the in-betweens, the EP aims to bring something different to the dance floor.

Elsewhere’s dark roots shine in the lead track “And I.”  Bouncing bass ebb and flow from beginning to end, while a driving rhythm rolls life into the beat with its skittering percussion and warm garage pads for maximum impact. Be sure to look for debut EP dropping this September and in the meantime check out “And I” and some past remixes below.
