Not but a week and a half ago, the crafty Brazilian electronic artist Chrizz Luvly graced The Club with his unrelenting S-O-S/Galaxy Contact EP. Apparently he was holding out on us, as today the electro house producer has released yet another track, “The One”,  building on many elements we’ve seen in the recent EP and throughout Luvly’s work. Out now from Cold Blank‘s Burn The Fire, the track layers descending synth riffs and pulsing highs right from the get-go, creating an instant assault on the auditory senses. But just as soon as you become accustomed to the noise-filled introduction, a break hits with warm piano melodies and a hopeful male vocal that sets you back at ease. Such contrast ensures the track remains engaging, pulling a listener from one side of the spectrum to the other in a captivating play between sounds.

Chrizz Luvly will release “King” via Beatport on August 12, though the real question of when he will be visiting the U.S. remains unanswered…
