Earthly vocalist Banks caught much acclaim from the T.E.E.D.-produced single “Warm Water” last month, but the remix department has yet to step up to the plate. Enter Snakehips, a flourishing British producer to give us his fresh spin on the track. The balance of soothing, temperate vocals with the atmospheric production of the original (found here) remains in tact, all the while morphing subdued sounds into a bright, funky, Sunday Cruise Along The Coast-type jam. Synths get compressed, percussion gets added, and voilà, an entirely new feel.
